1. Returns/Exchanges
1.1 Can I return an item that was on clearance?

All clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

2. Shoe Sizes, Widths, and Special Orders
2.1 Do you carry different widths?

Yes; most of our brands offer a varying range in widths for their shoes. Some brands offer sizes from narrow (2A or A) to extra wide (2E and 4E). 

While a brand may offer these sizes, not every shoe they sell will come in those widths.

Shoes get dirty? Got leather scuffs? We have just the thing for that! We sell shoe care kits and products for suede, leather, nubuck, and even waterproofing sprays.
