All clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the gift giver (original purchaser) returns the item in-store within 30 days of receipt, they will receive a refund.
If the item is returned or exchanged by the receiver of the gift with a gift receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date, you will receive an account credit or gift card for the value of your return. If you want to exchange the item, you must exchange it for something of equal or greater value. Gift return procedures are subject to change and assess case by case as needed.
All items must be in unworn/as-new condition, in the original box, for us to honor a return or exchange.
Gentry's Footwear allows returns on unworn/as-new condition merchandise in its original box within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item was discounted or on clearance, we cannot take a return or exchange.
Unworn/as-condition should reflect the condition of those that are on display in store. Signs of wear would include creases or stretching from wear, worn soles and foot beds, etc. Shoes to be returned should only need a wipe down and disinfection to be properly returned. No signs of debris, grass, mud, etc. on or in the shoe/outsole.
Satisfaction guarantees apply to the following brands: Hoka, Brooks, Superfeet & Vionic. A return or exchange can be honored within 30 days of the purchase receipt whether the shoe has been worn outside or not. The shoes must be in their original box and a purchase receipt must be present to honor a return.
If a return or exchange cannot be honored, we accept shoe and sock donations for the Union Gospel Mission.
Socks must be unworn and in their original packaging for a return or exchange to be honored. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and a sales receipt must be present.
If you purchased an item online, all returns must be shipped back in the original box, including protective materials such as bag or padding to protect the merchandise. Gentry's Footwear allows returns on unworn/as-new condition merchandise in its original box within 30 days of the purchase date. All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Please include your name, order number, and phone number inside of the return package.
Once your items arrives, a manager will inspect the item(s). If the item is in the original condition, a refund will be honored. A notification will be sent to your email. If the item does not meet the return policy criteria, a refund will not be honored and the item will not be sent back. You can pick up your item within 7 days or it will be donated to the Union Gospel Mission. Online purchases can be returned at our Kent store or via mail.

2. Shoe Sizes, Widths, and Special Orders
Yes; most of our brands offer a varying range in widths for their shoes. Some brands offer sizes from narrow (2A or A) to extra wide (2E and 4E).
While a brand may offer these sizes, not every shoe they sell will come in those widths. See one of our shoe experts in store to shop and confirm!
When your size is determined and a style is chosen, our shoe experts can special order that size and style for you! Special orders take approximately 3-8 business days.
Our shoe experts offer each customer one-on-one measuring and scanning to find your perfect fit for shoes, socks, and insoles! We will help you find your size, width, and arch measurements and which shoes will best fit those needs. Visit us in Tacoma or Kent to get measured!

Shoes get dirty? Got leather scuffs? We have just the thing for that! We sell shoe care kits and products for suede, leather, nubuck, and even waterproofing sprays. Visit us in store to purchase, for more information, or visit our Instagram, Facebook, and blog for tutorials.

Yes! We sell several brands of insoles like Superfeet, Currex, and more. Not sure which ones to buy? In store, we fit each customer for their perfect insole and custom cut them to your shoes!

These socks can aid in the woes that come with Plantar Fasciitis, bunions, circulation needs, diabetes, neuropathy and more!
